摘 要:
本文用室内生物测定法, 研究了沙芥叶、果皮和枝条水浸提液对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明, 不同部位水浸提液均能抑制白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长, 且水浸提液浓度越高, 抑制作用越强。各部位不同浓度水浸提液降低了白菜幼苗叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量及根系活力, 抑制了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性, 提高了叶片相对电导率与丙二醛含量(MDA)。沙芥不同部位水浸提液的化感作用强弱表现为叶>果皮>枝条。关键词:沙芥; 白菜; 水浸提液; 化感作用; 化感机理

Abstract:
In this paper, the effects of aqueous extracts from leaves, peels and branches of Pugionium cornutum on the germination of cabbage seed, growth and physiological indexes of cabbage seedling were studied by means of bioassay in laboratory. The results showed that aquatic extracts from different parts inhibited cabbage seed germination and seedling growth, and the inhibition effect enhanced with the increase of concentration. The different concentrations of aquatic extracts from different parts decreased chlorophyll, soluble protein contents and root activity of cabbage seedling, inhibited superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroidase (POD) activities of the cabbage seedlings, increased leaf conductivity and MDA contents. The allelopathic effect order of aqueous extracts from different parts of P. cornutum was leaf>peel>branch.Key words: Pugionium cornutum; cabbage; aqueous extracts; allelopathy effect; allelopathy mechanism
